Data, purpose and legal basis

To take payment and fulfil an order we process your name, email address, shipping address, ordered products, quantities, order note, payment status and delivery information. The legal basis is performance of our contract. We retain transaction records where required by accounting, tax and consumer-protection law. We process enquiries and complaints to respond to you and to meet our legal obligations or legitimate interests. We do not receive your full card number or CVC.

Services involved

Stripe processes payments and sends payment-related emails. Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Shipping carriers receive the details needed to deliver your parcel. Google Fonts supplies website fonts when the site is loaded. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable safeguards. We do not sell customer data or use it for advertising. The shop stores the bag, shipping-country choice and order note in your browser’s local storage so they remain available while you browse; clearing site data removes them. Stripe and infrastructure providers may use their own necessary cookies or similar technologies.

Retention and your rights

We keep order and payment records for the periods required by applicable accounting and tax law, and correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request or defend legal claims.
