How orders, pricing and delivery work

1. Seller and scope

The seller is Václav Fischer, business ID (IČO) 08009406, Dukelská 331/7, 746 01 Opava, Czech Republic. Contact: vaclavfischer.7@gmail.com · +420 776 644 216. The seller is currently not registered for Czech VAT. These terms apply to orders placed through Settlers 3D by consumers and businesses. Mandatory consumer rights in the buyer’s country remain unaffected.

2. What we sell

We sell independently made 3D printed upgrades and accessories for use with an original Catan game. We are not affiliated with CATAN GmbH. No set includes the original board game, cards, dice or rules. You need your own official game and, where relevant, its expansions. The contents of each set are described on its product page. These are collector accessories for ages 15 and over and contain small parts.

3. Ordering and payment

Choose the products, quantities and destination in your bag. The total and shipping charge are shown before you continue to Stripe. Payment is in US dollars via Stripe Checkout. By completing payment you submit an order with an obligation to pay. Stripe sends a payment receipt; we will confirm and process the order using the contact details entered at checkout. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for it. Card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored by this shop.

4. Prices, tax and import charges

Product and shipping prices are shown in USD. As a Czech non-VAT-registered seller, we do not add Czech VAT. Any tax collected by us will be shown before payment. For deliveries outside the EU, the buyer pays any import duties, import taxes and customs handling charges charged on arrival; they are not included in our displayed prices or shipping rates. Currency conversion and card fees charged by the buyer’s bank are outside our control.

5. Production and shipping

Sets are normally made to order. Production usually takes 1–4 weeks before dispatch. Transit time varies by destination and carrier and is additional to production time. Shipping is charged per item and multiplied by quantity: free to the Czech Republic; to other EU countries, $25 for a regular item or $50 for the largest 3–6 player combination set; outside the EU, $45 for a regular item or $99 for that largest set. Shipping charges for mixed bags are added together. The largest combination set may be dispatched as two separate parcels, with the second sent after the first arrives. We will provide tracking details when available.

6. Cancellation, returns and defects

Consumers covered by Czech or other applicable EU distance-selling rules normally have 14 days after receiving the goods to withdraw without giving a reason. The details and a model notice are in our returns and withdrawal information. An exception for goods made to a consumer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised goods applies only where the applicable law allows it and where we clearly identify it before the custom order is placed. Ordinary production after an order does not by itself remove the statutory right to withdraw. Rights in other countries are governed by the applicable mandatory law.
