When you can withdraw

Consumers covered by Czech or other applicable EU distance-selling rules may normally withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. If one order arrives in several parcels, the period normally starts when the last parcel arrives. Mandatory rights in other countries remain unaffected. We do not offer an additional voluntary worldwide return period.

An exception may apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised goods where the applicable law permits it. We will identify any such exception clearly before accepting a custom order; simply producing a standard item after purchase is not by itself an exception.

How to tell us

Send an unambiguous withdrawal notice within the applicable period to vaclavfischer.7@gmail.com · +420 776 644 216. You may use the model text below, but you do not have to. Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us, to Václav Fischer, business ID (IČO) 08009406, Dukelská 331/7, 746 01 Opava, Czech Republic, unless we agree on another address.

Refund and return costs

Where the statutory withdrawal right applies, we will refund the payment, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option for the returned order, within the legal period. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof that you sent them. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. You pay the direct cost of return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise or we agree to pay it. You are responsible only for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. This does not limit your rights if the goods are faulty.
